Returns

We strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.


If you want to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order at shop@mimimae.be If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the broken/defect item sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

All product returns must be sent to our official return address in Belgium, Europe:

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.


Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds require prior contact and, for defective items, a description of the quality issue.


Reimbursement of funds is allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase and usually takes 1-3 business days.


Please consider that all shipping expenses for returning items remain the responsibility of the customer when items are returned for reasons not attributable to MIMIMAE. However, MIMIMAE will cover all shipping expenses when items are returned due to defects or wrong items being sent.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.


Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
